1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen operational constraints.


2. Delivery Timeframes

For Singapore orders, estimated delivery time is 15-20 business days after dispatch.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

TechyBits® is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operations

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address details

  • Customs or regulatory checks

  • Force majeure events


3. Shipping Damage

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery risk passes to the customer.

TechyBits® is not liable for damage incurred during transit, but we will assist customers by providing relevant documentation where appropriate.


4. Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost after 21 days without confirmed delivery.

Lost parcel cases are handled case-by-case and may result in a replacement or refund at TechyBits®’ discretion.
