At TechyBits®, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed, high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. Please review the following policy carefully, as it outlines how returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled.


1. Change-of-Mind & Non-Faulty Returns

To maintain product integrity, safety standards, and quality assurance, TechyBits® does not accept returns based on change of mind once an order has been processed or shipped.

In limited circumstances, TechyBits® may, at its sole discretion, consider a return request for unused and unopened items submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • A 20% administrative and restocking fee will apply

  • All return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


2. Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A product may be considered faulty only if it:

  • Does not power on

  • Is unable to charge devices under normal use

  • Exhibits major physical defects present upon delivery that materially affect functionality

To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Serial or order information

All claims are reviewed manually. Replacement is the default resolution. Refunds are only considered if a replacement is not feasible.

Return shipping for faulty items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

TechyBits® reserves the right to deny claims where misuse, abnormal usage, environmental factors, or incompatible devices are suspected.


3. What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered defects or faults:

  • Normal warmth or heat generated during charging

  • Performance differences across phone models or generations

  • Slower charging on older devices or devices with degraded batteries

  • Heat retention caused by phone cases, ambient temperature, or usage habits

  • Cosmetic wear after use

Wireless charging performance and thermal behavior vary naturally depending on device characteristics and conditions.


4. Inspection & Final Determination

All returned products are subject to inspection.
TechyBits® retains final authority on all refund, replacement, and warranty decisions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.


5. One-Year Limited Warranty

TechyBits® products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional failures under normal, intended use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Performance expectations beyond reasonable operating limits

  • Device-specific limitations

Warranty claims are assessed individually and resolved at TechyBits®’ discretion.
